  1. Novak Topalovic, a graduate transfer from Idaho State, is headed to the Utah Utes, according to Jeff Goodman of ESPN. Topalovic confirmed the news on his Twitter page. Listed at 7-foot and a native of Serbia, Topalovic averaged 10.7 points and 6.8 rebounds for Idaho State last season. He scored a season-high 25 points in a win against Sacramento State and also had four double-doubles. “We are thrilled to have Novak join our program,” said Utah coach Larry Krystkowiak, per Utah’s press release. “He is a very driven and hard-working young man, who will bring some experience and maturity to our front court. He completes what we believe to be a fantastic recruiting class. We look forward to him and the other additions joining us this summer.” Utah was in the middle of the Pac-12 when it came to rebounding last season, ranking seventh in defensive rebounding with 34.5 defensive boards per game. https://www.diehards.com/utah/utah-lands-idaho-state-grad-transfer-novak-topalovic
