Forum je vlasništvo Međunarodnog akademskog centra, ali Centar nije odgovoran za sadržaj poruka koje šalju korisnici. Centar ne može garantovati za tačnost, kompletnost ili korist poruka članova foruma. Poruke izražavaju mišljenja njihovih autora, a ne vlasnika Foruma.

Korisnici koji smatraju da pojedine poruke krše pravila imaju mogućnost da nas kontaktiraju putem e-mail poruke poslate na office@iacbg.org ili na samom forumu, praćenjem linka "report". Centar ima mogućnost da ukloni poruke kojima se krši neko od pravila i to može da se obavi u razumnom vremenskom periodu ukoliko postoji potreba.

Prihvatanjem pravila Foruma slažete se da nećete koristiti ovaj Forum za slanje materijala za koji znate da nije tačan, koji predstavlja zloupotrebu, za slanje poruka mržnje, pretnje, vulgarnog karaktera. Istovremeno se slažete da nećete slati opsceni materijal, psovke, seksualno orijentisane poruke, poruke protivne zakonu kao i da nećete kršiti ničije pravo na privatnost.
