First of all, we have been over this before - back in September I think. Have you been to your school to ask them about arrangements? First you need to see if they will mail these things. You could also ask them to put these items in a university envelopes, and then you place them in a Federal Express packet and mail them that way.
The entire point of the process is to protect the integrity of the system. In other words, to protect the documents from the possibility of having a student tamper with them. Also the mail in Serbia does not work in the same way that the mail does in the United States. The postal delivery workers in the USA also pick up mail. (People do not have to go the Post to stand in line and pay bills, either!). Thus, it is apparent that you are going to have to improvise.
I think the best thing to do would be to get these items placed into a sealed envelop by your school. Then ask them to stamp over the envelop where it seals. (This is probably illegal in Serbia, however surely there must be some way for an organization to place some kind of seal over the envelop to show that it has not been tampered with.) Professors usually just write their initials across the sealed part of the envelop, maybe you can get the shalterusha at your school to do this also?
Then you can place the envelopes into a fed ex envelop and have them sent that way...you can send the fed ex from our center.
If this does not sound like the way you want to handle the matter, then you need to contact the admissions department and ask for their advice.

What this means is that they are looking for people who performed better than 59% of the other people who took the very same GRE exam. This is a rather simplistic explanation rather than an exact explanation, but it does explain to you the general meaning. Now to give you a general idea that means somewhere in the neighborhood of 520 points on the verbal and about 610 on the quantitative. This will vary with each group of test takers so it is impossible to give you an answer as to what the percentile will be prior to the GRE exam being given and scored. The admissions office will look for students in the upper 40% of test takers in the group that you test with. The analytical section would mean the essay portion of the exam. In general what this means is that you need for your score to be in the top 40% with GRE test takers from all over the world on that day, thus I hope that you are in one of our preparation courses for this task

Thank you very much. They say that if I want to be considered for the teaching assistant, I can send them some supplementary papers aong with my appl package. I published many articles on teaching english language.
The next question: I would like to take GRE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, when is the next date nd when should I register?

- offivial transcripts je nesto sto je potrebno priloziti. Da li je dovoljno poslati overene diplome sa srskog i overene dipolme koje dobijemo kod sudskog tumaca? Da li to sve ide u jedan koverat sa pecatom fakulteta i potpisom Dekana?
- ukoliko oni traze fin potporu koju mi moramo imati, a Fakultet nudi oblike pomoci da li mozemo da apliciramo i bez toga?
- za koji tip vize mi konkurisemo?
- koji je prihvatljivi, recimo dobar rezultat po delovima na GRE? Koliko bi trebalo imati na prvom, drugom i trecem delu da bi se nadali prijemu?

Da li mi mozete reci sledece: Prosek 8.00 je ekvivalent kog GPA u Americi? To bi mi pomoglo kao orijentacija.
