So, since we can not translate this average mark or GPA....can you give you opinion on the chances that one have to be accepted (with scholarship) at USA university if the questionable average mark is 7.5 in Serbia (Electrical Engineering Faculty-Department of Computer Science)....I am aware that this mainly depends on the University "Name" in USA, but consider the "less-famous" universities (and I am talking about Master program not PhD).....like if University says that the GPA should be 2.5 (or 3.0 in the last two years) does this person have a chance to be accepted .....Do you know anything about this kind of matter?.....

Can somebody help me with GPa conversion scale...Namely, I am interested in this: is somebody has an average mark of 7.5 on Electrical Engineering Faculty in Belgrade, what is his GPA equivalent.....is it 2.0 or 2.5 or 3.0 out of 4.00 ofcourse...........thanks
