Dear IAC,
I've already asked a similar question, and I am sorry if I repeat myself, but I wasn't quite clear the last time.
I have just applied for a master program on the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade, where I graduated, a sort of 'short' master, and I have the possibility to master in September, October, 2008. But I remembered that you told me about some students who said they couldn't get a SCOLARSHIP for a master course in the US because they already had a master's degree. I can still change my mind if necessary, so I wanted to ask you if having a master's degree in Italian language could cause problems when applying for a scholarship for a master's program in other area, design, or could it be an advantage. (In addition, I only graduated from a two year design college, if that information helps). Because I would rather not go through with this master if it would diminish my possibilities in applying and getting a design graduate program scholarship.
Thank you so much.
Igor
PS. If you are not sure, do you think I should write to the schools and ask them? But I don't know whom to write (administration, admissions office...I got it mixed up, and you said it was useless to write to the wrong person).
