U tu kategoriju spadaju i studenti. Nova cena je 131 američki dolar. Oni koji su uplatili po staroj ceni od 100 dolara krajem 2007. neće morati da doplate ako su razgovor zakazali pre 31. januara 2008. godine. All those who paid $100 prior to January 1 will be processed without further payment only if they appear for a visa interview before January 31, 2008.
