Deadline: September 7. Submissions can be submitted in a variety of categories, and will be evaluated on how well they educate and inform policymakers, as well as the public, about issues surrounding population growth. Submitted works must have been published or aired between September 1, 2009 and August 31, 2010. Winners will receive awards in San Francisco, with all expenses paid.
