Scholarships and Fellowships OHIO UNIVERSITY GATEWAY SCHOLARSHIPS UP TO $15,500 Merit scholarships are available to freshmen international students who take the SAT exam and begin their studies in the fall quarter through the Gateway Award Program. Award amounts are based on combined Math and Critical Reading sections of the SAT exam and range from $6500 (score of 1130) to approximately $15,500 (score of at least 1400). Awards are renewable for up to 4 years. The application deadline for the Fall 2011 quarter is February 1, 2011, but we recommend applying by January 1 for full scholarship consideration.
