CEU Budapest: Graduate Scholarships in History, 2014-2015

The Department of History at Central European University offers students interdisciplinary and comparative perspectives on Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean. It is recognized for its innovative directions in research and teaching and as a center for outstanding research advancing comparative and transnational history on empirical and theoretical grounds. The international faculty offers expertise that extends from the history of the Habsburg, Romanov, and Ottoman Empires to comparative study of totalitarian regimes in the 20th century; from comparative religious studies to numerous aspects of cultural and intellectual history.

 

Central European University is an English-language, graduate university located in Budapest, Hungary. CEU offers programs in the social sciences, humanities, law, public policy, business management, economics, environmental sciences and policy, and mathematics.

  • Master of Arts in Comparative History: Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe 1500-2000 (Two Years)
