The program recognizes students who have demonstrated the highest levels of academic achievement and leadership. Most awards range from $14,500 to $21,000 per year ($58,000 to $84,000 over four years) for students entering in fall 2014. Awards are renewable for up to a maximum of four years, provided the recipients maintain the required grade point average. All applicants to Randolph-Macon College are automatically considered for a Presidential Scholarship or Dean's Award, but you should apply to the college no later than February 1. Scholarship recipients may also be eligible to participate in additional support programs, professional training from Microsoft, mentorship by Microsoft employees, internships, and job opportunities with Microsoft and their affiliates in Africa.
