administrator Posted July 3, 2014 Report Share Posted July 3, 2014 The Computational Science and Engineering group at University of California Santa Barbara, led by Professor Linda Petzold, is searching for a postdoc with research background in bioinformatics or biomedical informatics and machine learning. The successful candidate will develop and apply cutting-edge computational techniques to the analysis of biological and clinical data in the study of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and of Coagulopathy in Trauma. The position is for one year, with a potential for renewal to two years, and is available immediately. The department is especially interested in candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community through research, teaching and service.
