Assistant Professor Position, Applied Math, Colorado School of Mines

The Department of Applied Mathematics and Statistics at the Colorado School of Mines invites applications for an anticipated position in applied mathematics at the rank of Assistant Professor beginning in fall 2015. Preference will be given to those with expertise in mathematical modeling and demonstrated involvement in interdisciplinary applications. Faculty research interests include scientific computing, numerical analysis, wave theory, multi-scale simulation, partial differential equations, inverse problems, nuclear science, and mathematical biology.
