The appointment will commence August 19, 2015. Duties include teaching courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, conducting research, and engaging in departmental and professional service. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in mathematics and a commitment to excellence in research and teaching. Preference will be given to applicants in the field of biomathematics or computational mathematics who have strong research programs and university teaching experience.The University of Louisiana at Lafayette is a public Research University with high research activity.
