The projects are part of the SHINE (Safe underground Hydrogen storage IN Earth subsurface reservoirs) projects. It concerns project 5 (Integrated Numerical-Experimental analyses of the safety of porous rocks under cyclic loading) and project 6 (Multiscale modelling and simulation of cyclic storage of H2 in heterogeneous porous rocks) supervised by Hadi Hajibeygi and me. The deadline for application is: the 15th of September 2023 (5pm CET). Two important requirements: - the candidates should have sufficient knowledge of porous media flow and applied mathematics - Mobility: Applicants must not have lived or carried out their main activity (e.g., study, work, research) in their main DC PhD host school and recruiting country/organisation for more than 12 months in the past 3 years immediately prior to the Call deadline.
